Every child deserves a family.
We envision a community where all children have a safe home, food, education, and medical care.

There are over 5 million orphans in Tanzania and Kenya.
Without help many will never attend school.
Often they are hungry.
Some of our children have been found abandoned, abused or living alone.
Some managed to survive a few days or weeks alone, but were fearing death.
CARE
Working with partners in local communities, we customize our care to meet each child's needs. Our care varies from providing education, clothing, food and/or medical care. For all children we make sure they are in a safe family.
FEED
Our feeding programs run by church partners provide for children whose families can afford to feed them only one meal per day. We add the other two meals so they can grow and focus on learning without the discomfort of hunger.
EDUCATE
Most of the children we support, without help, would no longer be in school. They drop out early and work around home, do manual labor at a young age, and/or dig in the trash for something to sell. Our programs give children hope and a future through education.
"Kulea" is Swahili for "to raise up" and a Swahili speaker will understand that the object is children -
"to raise up children."
