In Kenya, we focus on school-aged children and their families. Our program begins with referrals, counseling, and crisis management. Families are referred to Kulea Villages by school headmasters and community social workers. Often, these families are headed by single women who are often facing multiple crises. Our current focus in Kenya is the Coast Region, specifically in the sub-national counties of Mombasa, Kwale, and Kilifi.
